By accessing or using the DEOSX decentralized infrastructure network ("Network"), applications, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

DEOSX is a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) built on the Solana blockchain that enables users to:

• Share computing resources (CPU, GPU, storage, bandwidth) to earn $NGN tokens
• Access decentralized communication services (VoIP, messaging, video)
• Deploy and host applications on distributed infrastructure
• Participate in network governance and decision-making
• Trade applications and services on the Dapper Marketplace

User Eligibility

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use DEOSX services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

DEOSX may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with local laws and regulations, including cryptocurrency and data privacy laws.

Account Registration and Security

Wallet Connection

To use DEOSX, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Backup and recovery of your wallet credentials
• Compliance with our three-factor authentication requirements

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks to the network.

Network Participation

Node Operation

By contributing computing resources to the network, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your device capabilities
• Maintain reasonable uptime and service quality
• Allow network traffic routing through your resources
• Comply with content and usage policies

Resource Sharing

You retain ownership of your devices and data. DEOSX only utilizes shared resources as specified in your configuration settings. You may adjust or discontinue resource sharing at any time.

Token Economics and Rewards

$NGN Token

$NGN is a utility token used within the DEOSX ecosystem. Token rewards are based on:

• Computing resources contributed to the network
• Network uptime and reliability metrics
• Quality of service provided
• Participation in governance activities

Reward Calculation

Rewards are calculated algorithmically based on network contribution. We reserve the right to adjust reward mechanisms to maintain network sustainability and prevent abuse.

Financial Risks

Important: Cryptocurrency investments carry substantial risk. Token values may fluctuate significantly, and you may lose your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use DEOSX for:

• Illegal activities or violation of local laws
• Hosting or distributing malicious software, illegal content, or copyrighted material
• Mining cryptocurrencies without explicit permission
• Attempting to exploit, attack, or disrupt the network
• Creating fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity
• Violating the privacy or rights of other users
• Circumventing security measures or access controls

Intellectual Property

DEOSX IP

The DEOSX software, documentation, and trademarks are owned by DEOSX Foundation. You receive a limited license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using DEOSX, you grant us a license to operate the network and provide services, but we do not claim ownership of your data.

Open Source Components

DEOSX incorporates open source software. Specific licenses and attributions are available in our documentation.

Privacy and Data Protection

Governance and DAO Participation
