Privacy policy

This policy explains what DEOS-X collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us.

What we collect

Account data you give us (name, contact details, KYB documentation), transaction records the service generates, and technical logs needed to keep the platform secure. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

To operate the platform: verifying counterparties, executing and settling transactions, meeting sanctions and Travel Rule obligations, and keeping the audit trail expected of a financial institution.

Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with settlement partners and authorities where the law requires it, and retained for the statutory record-keeping period that applies to financial institutions.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate records, or deletion where regulation permits. Write to contact@deosx.com and we respond within 30 days.
