Terms of service

These terms govern use of DEOS-X products. Accepting a quote or onboarding an institution means accepting them.

The service

DEOS-X provides financial products for corporates and institutions: conversion, transfers, payments, credit, and the tokenisation and custody of digital value. Quotes are firm for their stated window and binding once accepted.

Eligibility and onboarding

Institutional counterparties complete KYB verification before their first product goes live. We may decline or exit relationships to meet our obligations.

Settlement

Settlement timelines are targets, not guarantees, where third-party rails are involved.

Liability

We are liable for our own negligence and nothing broader: not for network congestion, counterparty failure or losses from credentials you failed to protect.
